Every build is quoted as a fixed price before anything starts. A one-page site is £199, a small site with up to five pages is £499, up to ten pages built to be found is £999, and anything with bookings, portals or e-commerce is scoped after a call, from £1,999. The price is the price. If the scope grows, I say so before it costs you anything.

Every site is mobile-first and built to load in under a second, because most of your customers will find you on a phone. You own the site and the domain outright, with the first 30 days after launch covered. If you would rather make changes yourself, a self-manage admin area can be added.

After that, a monthly plan keeps it running. Hosted (£29 a month) covers hosting, SSL, daily backups and uptime monitoring. Care (£49 a month) adds changes made for you: send the wording over by WhatsApp or email and it is live within 48 hours. Growth (£129 a month) adds a new page each month and a plain-English report on visitors, enquiries and where you rank. All plans are monthly rolling with no exit fees, and you keep the site if you leave.

South Croydon Conservative Club came to me in 2024 with a slow, plugin-heavy WordPress site that nobody on the committee could safely change. I rebuilt it by hand as a static site, brought hosting, domain, email and SSL under one roof, and put it on a care plan so fixtures and events are updated within 48 hours. Measured with Google Lighthouse in July 2026 on an emulated mobile connection, it scores 85 for performance, 96 for accessibility, and full marks for best practices and search readiness.

CoDash is at the other end of the scale: a company dashboard and HR platform for UK teams, engineered front to back. People, time off, recognition, anonymous feedback and performance reviews in one login, with the privacy promises enforced in the code rather than written on a policy page.

In between sit My Coinage, a coin price tracker with live values, search that responds as you type and collector accounts, and Ashveil, a fantasy role-playing game that runs in the browser with a persistent world. I work from Croydon and cover south London and the Surrey border: Purley, Coulsdon and Caterham to the south, Sutton, Wallington and Epsom to the west, Bromley, Beckenham and Orpington to the east, and up through Norbury, Streatham and Wimbledon.
