After launch

The build is one-off. Keeping it running is not.

Every tier above includes 30 days of care. After that, a website still needs hosting, a certificate that renews, daily backups and somebody watching that it is up, and it needs someone to change the phone number when the phone number changes. That is what the care plans are for. Hosted is the floor, Care adds your changes, Growth works on getting you found. Monthly rolling, cancel anytime, and the site stays yours whatever you pick.

Not everyone wants to part with £499 in one go, but few people blink at £59 a month. Pay Monthly gets you a Standard-tier build and the Care plan together, with nothing upfront.

It is a 12-month minimum. After that it drops to Care pricing at £49/month, or you can buy the site outright whenever you like, just the remaining months at £49. Either way, the site is yours.

Which build tier do I need?

Starter (£199) if you are a sole trader who needs to show up on Google and take calls. Standard (£499) for a handful of services and the areas you cover. Pro (£999) to compete on search across several services or towns. Custom (from £1,999) if you need online booking, a portal, a shop or a tool. Not sure? Do I own the site and domain?

Yes, both, outright, on every tier. You are never tied in, and you can take everything with you if you ever leave.

What is Pay Monthly?

Pay Monthly rolls a Standard-tier build and the Care plan into one payment: £59 a month, nothing upfront, 12-month minimum. After a year it drops to £49 a month, or you can buy the site outright at any point.

Is there anything else to pay?

No hidden costs. The build is a fixed price agreed up front, and 30 days of care are included. After that the site needs hosting, a certificate that renews, backups and someone watching that it is up, which is what the care plans are for: Hosted at £29 a month keeps it online, Care at £49 adds your content changes, Growth at £129 works on getting you found. You own the site, so you are free to host it elsewhere instead, but most people stay because it is one message to one person.

Do I need a care plan?

Every website needs somewhere to live and someone to keep it running, so yes, one way or another. The Hosted plan at £29 a month is the minimum: hosting, SSL, daily backups, domain and email management, uptime monitoring. It is monthly rolling with no exit fees, and if you would rather arrange your own hosting after the first 30 days, the site is yours to take.
