Websites for Barbers & Salons

More than an Instagram grid

Your photos look great, but Instagram won't take a booking or show your prices clearly. A proper website does both, and it works while your chairs are full.

Or spread it: £59/month, £0 upfront. Pay monthly.

01 · Sound familiar?

The bits that cost you jobs.

  • Instagram is where clients find me, but they can't book from it and messages get missed
  • I'm too dependent on walk-ins, and quiet days hurt
  • My prices have changed but they're wrong or missing online
  • People message to ask if I do a certain service instead of just booking it
  • I look busy on social media but I've no proper home online that I own
02 · Why it matters

Nearly all of your customers look you up online before they call. When they search, they are choosing between the two or three businesses that actually showed up, you want to be one of them.

Word of mouth still works, but it travels through Google now. Someone gets your name from a neighbour, searches it, and decides in a few seconds whether you look like the real thing. When someone searches “barber near me”, a handful of your competitors appear, that list is exactly where this puts you.

03 · The offer

Fixed prices, and you own it.

05 · What it’s worth

Fill a couple of chairs that would otherwise sit empty each week and the site has paid for itself before the month is out.

Compare that to a directory. A shared lead from a Checkatrade-style site costs £30–£80 and gets quoted against two of your rivals, and you rent that relationship forever. Enquiries through your own website are exclusively yours, and once it is built it keeps working whether you pay for leads or not.

06 · How it works

Four steps, no mystery.

  1. 01

    We talk

A short call or a few messages. You tell me what you do and where you work.

  2. 02

    Fixed quote

I tell you the price and what it includes. No hourly surprises, no scope creep.

  3. 03

    Built while you watch

You see it come together on a private link and say what to change.

  4. 04

    Live and looked after

It goes live, and I keep it running so you can get back to the job.

07 · Questions

The things barbers usually ask.

How fast can my salon site be live?

Usually one to two weeks. If you want online booking connected as well, allow a few extra days to link it up and test it. I'll give you a clear date up front so you can plan around it.

Can clients book straight from the site instead of messaging me?

Yes, and it's the main thing that pays off. I connect the booking system you already use, or set one up, so clients choose a time themselves and it appears in your diary. No more back-and-forth in your messages while you're mid-cut, and far fewer no-shows once a reminder goes out automatically.

Will I show up on Google when someone searches nearby?

That's the aim. Social media doesn't reliably show up in a Google search, but a proper website does. I build your pages around what people actually type, set your area and services out clearly, and get your Google Business Profile sorted so you appear on the map for a barber or salon in your town.

My prices change. Can I keep the price list right?

Easily. An out-of-date price list annoys clients and costs you bookings, so I make it simple to keep current. On a care plan you send me changes and they're live the same day, or I can set the list up so you edit it yourself. Either way it stays right.

Do I still need this if my Instagram is doing well?

Instagram is brilliant for showing your work, and I'll link it in. But you don't own it, it won't take a booking, and it doesn't appear when someone Googles a salon nearby. The website is the home you own, working for you around the clock, with social feeding into it.

Who sorts out my domain and email address?

I do. If you already have a domain I'll move it over cleanly. If not, I'll register one and set up a professional email on it. You own both, so you're never tied to me to keep your site running.

Can I update photos and offers myself later?

Yes. I'll show you how to swap photos and add an offer in a quick handover. Plenty of salons would rather send it to me on a care plan and have it done the same day, so it's off their plate. There's no charge per change.
