Websites for Removals

A website for your removals firm that turns quote-shoppers into bookings

People moving home get quotes from three or four firms and pick the one that feels safest and easiest. A clear website with a quick quote form and proof your van and goods are insured wins that comparison.

Or spread it: £59/month, £0 upfront. Pay monthly.

01 · Sound familiar?

The bits that cost you jobs.

  • People get three quotes and I've no easy way to be the one they pick
  • Customers worry their furniture isn't covered if something gets damaged
  • There's no quick way for someone to tell me what they're moving and get a price
  • I look the same as every other man with a van online
  • I lose jobs because my quote takes too long to come back
02 · Why it matters

Nearly all of your customers look you up online before they call. When they search, they are choosing between the two or three businesses that actually showed up, you want to be one of them.

Word of mouth still works, but it travels through Google now. Someone gets your name from a neighbour, searches it, and decides in a few seconds whether you look like the real thing. When someone searches “removal companies near me”, a handful of your competitors appear, that list is exactly where this puts you.

05 · What it’s worth

Winning one house move a month that you'd otherwise have lost pays for the site several times over.

Compare that to a directory. A shared lead from a Checkatrade-style site costs £30–£80 and gets quoted against two of your rivals, and you rent that relationship forever. Enquiries through your own website are exclusively yours, and once it is built it keeps working whether you pay for leads or not.

06 · How it works

Four steps, no mystery.

  1. 01

    We talk

A short call or a few messages. You tell me what you do and where you work.

  2. 02

    Fixed quote

I tell you the price and what it includes. No hourly surprises, no scope creep.

  3. 03

    Built while you watch

You see it come together on a private link and say what to change.

  4. 04

    Live and looked after

It goes live, and I keep it running so you can get back to the job.

07 · Questions

The things removals usually ask.

How long until my removals website is live?

Usually a week or two once you've sent me your services, areas and a few photos. I take extra care over the quote form because that's what wins you jobs, so it captures exactly what you need to price a move quickly. If you've got a busy season coming, tell me and I'll get you ready for it.

Can people get a quote straight from the site?

Yes, and that's the centrepiece. There's a clear form where someone enters where they're moving from and to, how many rooms and any tricky items, so a proper enquiry lands in your inbox ready to price. The faster you can quote back, the more of these comparison shoppers you'll win.

Can I reassure people their belongings are covered?

That's a big worry for anyone moving home, so the site makes it clear. There's a place to show your goods-in-transit insurance, your fully insured vans and any BAR membership. Seeing that their sofa is covered if something goes wrong is often what tips a nervous customer your way.

Will I show up when people search for removals nearby?

I build your pages around the areas you cover, both for full house moves and man-and-van work, and set up your free Google business listing. That's what most people tap when they search for a removals firm near them. It builds over a few months and keeps bringing enquiries after that.

Can customers call me as well as fill in the form?

Of course. Your phone number is a tap-to-call button on every page, so anyone who'd rather talk through their move can reach you in one tap. Some people want a quick chat before they trust you with their whole house, and the form and phone work side by side.

Who handles the domain and email?

I sort all of it. I'll register a web address for you or use one you already have, and set up matching email like bookings@yourremovals.co.uk. You won't need to deal with anything technical, it's included in getting you online.

Can I update prices or add a service later?

Yes, just message me and I'll make the change, usually the same day. Fuel costs and prices shift, and the care plan covers those updates so you're never editing pages between jobs. You do the moving and I keep the website accurate.
