Websites for Locksmiths

When someone's locked out, they call the first name they trust, make it yours.

Almost every locksmith job starts with a panicked local search. This is a site that shows up for it, proves you're vetted next to the scam ads, and gets you a phone call in one tap.

Or spread it: £59/month, £0 upfront. Pay monthly.

01 · Sound familiar?

The bits that cost you jobs.

  • Nearly every job is someone locked out right now, and if you don't show up in that search you don't exist.
  • Fake call centres and scam operators fill the ads, so honest local locksmiths get tarred with the same brush.
  • A stranger standing on their doorstep needs to trust you in seconds, and you've nothing to prove you're genuine.
  • The customer is panicking and picks whoever they can call fastest, so a slow or fiddly site loses the job.
  • You're properly vetted and insured, but the customer can't tell you apart from the cowboys.
02 · Why it matters

Nearly all of your customers look you up online before they call. When they search, they are choosing between the two or three businesses that actually showed up, you want to be one of them.

Word of mouth still works, but it travels through Google now. Someone gets your name from a neighbour, searches it, and decides in a few seconds whether you look like the real thing. When someone searches “emergency locksmith near me”, a handful of your competitors appear, that list is exactly where this puts you.

05 · What it’s worth

A lockout or lock change is worth £80–£250 a call, and you'll take several a week from the site. It pays for itself in the first fortnight.

Compare that to a directory. A shared lead from a Checkatrade-style site costs £30–£80 and gets quoted against two of your rivals, and you rent that relationship forever. Enquiries through your own website are exclusively yours, and once it is built it keeps working whether you pay for leads or not.

06 · How it works

Four steps, no mystery.

  1. 01

    We talk

A short call or a few messages. You tell me what you do and where you work.

  2. 02

    Fixed quote

I tell you the price and what it includes. No hourly surprises, no scope creep.

  3. 03

    Built while you watch

You see it come together on a private link and say what to change.

  4. 04

    Live and looked after

It goes live, and I keep it running so you can get back to the job.

07 · Questions

The things locksmiths usually ask.

My whole business is emergency callouts, can a site really win those?

It's the best thing you can do for them. When someone's locked out they grab their phone and search 'emergency locksmith near me' or 'locked out [your town]'. A site built around those exact searches, with your number as a giant call button, is what puts you first and gets the phone ringing before they scroll to a rival.

How do I stand out from the scam call centres in the ads?

By proving you're the real thing where they can't. I put your MLA approval, your DBS check and your insurance front and centre, along with your name and photo, so a worried customer can see you're a genuine, vetted local person, not a national call centre that sends whoever's cheapest. That trust is what wins the job in this trade.

The customer's in a panic, will the site be quick to use?

That's the whole design. It loads fast, and the very first thing on the screen is a call button, so on a phone it's one tap to reach you. Nobody in a panic reads paragraphs, they need to call you in seconds, and the site is built to make that happen.

Why do you recommend the Growth plan for locksmiths?

Because your work lives and dies on local search, and Growth puts the most effort into keeping you high in it, more of the local-search work, quicker updates, and staying ahead of competitors for the emergency terms. When almost every job comes from someone searching in a hurry, being at the top pays for itself many times over.

How fast can it be live?

For most locksmiths I have it live in one to two weeks from when you send me your details. Because it's largely emergency work, I can get a simple, fast version up quickly to start catching callouts and build it out from there.

Can it cover both emergency and planned work?

Yes. The front of the site is built for the emergency lockout searches, but I'll add pages for the planned work too, lock changes, upgrades after a break-in, security surveys, so you get the booked-ahead jobs as well as the panicked ones.

Who handles my domain and email?

I do, all of it. I register your domain, set up a proper name@yourbusiness email, and keep it in your name so you own it. You never touch a technical setting, I sort it and hand you the logins.

Can I update my services and prices later?

Yes. Send me a change to your callout charge, hours or services and I'll update it, usually the same day on a plan. There's no software for you to learn, you tell me, I make the change.
