Websites for Gyms & Personal Trainers

Turn followers into paying clients

Instagram builds your following, but it won't show your timetable or take a sign-up. A clear site turns interested people into booked sessions and members.

Or spread it: £59/month, £0 upfront. Pay monthly.

01 · Sound familiar?

The bits that cost you jobs.

  • Everything I do is on Instagram, but people can't book a session from it
  • My class times are scattered across posts and stories, so nobody's sure when I run
  • Signing up is a hassle of messages back and forth, and people drop off
  • My qualifications matter to clients, but there's nowhere they're clearly shown
  • I get interest but no proper home online that turns it into paying clients
02 · Why it matters

Nearly all of your customers look you up online before they call. When they search, they are choosing between the two or three businesses that actually showed up, you want to be one of them.

Word of mouth still works, but it travels through Google now. Someone gets your name from a neighbour, searches it, and decides in a few seconds whether you look like the real thing. When someone searches “personal trainer Croydon”, a handful of your competitors appear, that list is exactly where this puts you.

  • Plain-English pages for each thing you do
  • Area pages for the towns you cover
  • A simple enquiry form that reaches you straight away
Built to show off your credentials
  • Qualifications shown clearly (CIMSPA, Level 3 and above)
  • Insured, stated plainly
  • Client reviews and results, where genuine
  • Clear timetable and easy sign-up
05 · What it’s worth

A single new personal training client or member is worth hundreds over a few months, so one sign-up from the site more than covers it.

Compare that to a directory. A shared lead from a Checkatrade-style site costs £30–£80 and gets quoted against two of your rivals, and you rent that relationship forever. Enquiries through your own website are exclusively yours, and once it is built it keeps working whether you pay for leads or not.

06 · How it works

Four steps, no mystery.

  1. 01

    We talk

A short call or a few messages. You tell me what you do and where you work.

  2. 02

    Fixed quote

I tell you the price and what it includes. No hourly surprises, no scope creep.

  3. 03

    Built while you watch

You see it come together on a private link and say what to change.

  4. 04

    Live and looked after

It goes live, and I keep it running so you can get back to the job.

07 · Questions

The things gyms usually ask.

How fast can my site be live?

A starter site for a trainer or studio is usually live within a week. It covers your sessions, your qualifications and how to get started, and works well on a phone since that's where most people will find you. I'll confirm the date up front.

Can I show my class timetable clearly?

Yes, and it's one of the biggest wins. When your times are scattered across social posts, people give up trying to work out when you run. I put your timetable in one clear place that's easy to keep current, so anyone can see at a glance what's on and when.

Can people book or sign up without messaging me?

Yes, and it stops interested people slipping away. Instead of a run of back-and-forth messages, I add a clear sign-up or booking link, connected to the system you use or a simple form, so someone can get started in a couple of taps. Less friction means more of them actually turn up.

Will people find me on Google, not just Instagram?

That's the aim. Social is great for showing what you do, and I'll link it in, but it doesn't reliably appear when someone searches for a trainer or gym nearby. I build your pages around those searches and sort your Google Business Profile so you show up on the local map.

How do I show my qualifications and that I'm insured?

Clearly and near the top, because they reassure someone trusting you with their training. I display your qualifications, your CIMSPA membership or Level 3 and above, and that you're insured, so a prospective client can see you're the real thing straight away.

Who handles my domain name and email?

I do. If you already have a domain I'll move it across with no downtime. If not, I'll register one and set up a professional email address on it. You own both, so nothing is tied to me.

Can I update my timetable and prices myself later?

Yes, I'll show you how at handover so you can change class times as they move. Plenty of trainers prefer to send changes to me on a care plan and have them done the same day, so the timetable is never out of date while you're coaching. There's no charge per edit.
