Who deals with my domain name and email?
I handle it. If you have a domain already I'll move it across without downtime. If not, I'll register one and set up a proper email address on it. You own both outright, so nothing is tied to me.
Can I add photos and update things myself later?
Yes. Fresh photos of your work help a lot in this trade, so I make them easy to swap and I'll show you how at handover. If you'd rather not, send changes to me on a care plan and I'll do them the same day at no extra charge.
I only have a Facebook page now. Isn't that enough?
Facebook is useful and I'll link to it, but it won't show up reliably when someone Googles a groomer or walker nearby, and you don't own it. A proper website is the home owners can find, trust and rebook from, with social pointing back to it.
