Websites for Driving Instructors

Win pupils from the big national brands

Learners search locally, but the national schools dominate the results. A clear site with your pass rate, your area and your grade puts you back in front of them.

Or spread it: £59/month, £0 upfront. Pay monthly.

01 · Sound familiar?

The bits that cost you jobs.

  • The national schools outrank me even though I'm the local instructor pupils actually want
  • My pass rate and grade are my best selling points, and they're nowhere online
  • Learners don't know which areas I cover or whether I do automatic
  • I get enquiries by text but no proper way for people to find and choose me first
  • I'm often fully booked but have no waiting list capturing the overflow
02 · Why it matters

Nearly all of your customers look you up online before they call. When they search, they are choosing between the two or three businesses that actually showed up, you want to be one of them.

Word of mouth still works, but it travels through Google now. Someone gets your name from a neighbour, searches it, and decides in a few seconds whether you look like the real thing. When someone searches “driving lessons Croydon”, a handful of your competitors appear, that list is exactly where this puts you.

Built to show off your credentials

  • Areas covered set out plainly
  • Pupil reviews on the pages that matter
05 · What it’s worth

A block of lessons runs into hundreds of pounds, so a single new pupil from the site covers it several times over.

Compare that to a directory. A shared lead from a Checkatrade-style site costs £30–£80 and gets quoted against two of your rivals, and you rent that relationship forever. Enquiries through your own website are exclusively yours, and once it is built it keeps working whether you pay for leads or not.

06 · How it works

A short call or a few messages. You tell me what you do and where you work.

  2. 02

I tell you the price and what it includes. No hourly surprises, no scope creep.

  3. 03

    Built while you watch

You see it come together on a private link and say what to change.

  4. 04

    Live and looked after

It goes live, and I keep it running so you can get back to the job.

07 · Questions

The things driving usually ask.

How soon can my site be live?

A clear site for an instructor is usually live within a week. It covers your areas, lesson types and pass rate, and works well on a phone since that's how most learners will find you. I'll give you a firm date at the start.

Can I really compete with RED and the AA on Google?

Locally, yes. The national brands are broad, but a learner searching in your town wants someone nearby with a good record. I build your pages around your specific areas and lesson types, and get your Google Business Profile sorted so you show up on the local map, which is exactly where the big schools are weakest.

How do I show my pass rate and grade?

Right up front, because they're your strongest proof. I put your pass rate, your instructor grade and your DVSA approved status where a learner sees them straight away, alongside a few pupil reviews. That combination is what makes someone choose you over a faceless national brand.

Can learners see which areas I cover and whether I do automatic?

Yes, and it saves you a lot of wasted enquiries. I set out the areas you teach in and whether you offer manual, automatic and intensive courses clearly, so the people getting in touch are ones you can actually help. That means fewer dead-end messages for you.

How do pupils get in touch or book a first lesson?

However suits you. Most instructors prefer a simple enquiry form and a tap-to-call button, so a learner can reach you in one tap from their phone. If you're often full, I can add a waiting-list form so the overflow is captured rather than lost.

Who handles my domain name and email?

I do. If you already own a domain I'll move it over with no downtime. If not, I'll register one and set up a professional email address on it, both owned by you. Nothing is locked to me.

Can I update prices and availability myself later?

Yes. I'll show you how to update lesson prices and mark yourself as full or taking pupils in a short handover. If you'd rather focus on teaching, send changes to me on a care plan and they're done the same day with no per-edit charge.
