Websites for Dentists

The website new patients judge you by before they ever pick up the phone.

People choose a dentist with their eyes first. A calm, modern site that lets them book online after hours is the difference between a new patient and a lost one.

Or spread it: £59/month, £0 upfront. Pay monthly.

01 · Sound familiar?

The bits that cost you jobs.

  • New patients look you up before they book, and an outdated website reads as an outdated practice, whatever your clinical standard.
  • Without online booking, the person browsing at 9pm never becomes a patient; they book the practice down the road that let them pick a time.
  • Your highest-value work, implants, Invisalign, whitening, is exactly what people search for, but your site barely mentions it.
  • Nervous patients want to see your GDC registration, your CQC rating and real reviews, and right now those are hard to find.
  • The site looks nothing like the clinic. The waiting room is spotless and modern; the website is five years behind it.
02 · Why it matters

Nearly all of your customers look you up online before they call. When they search, they are choosing between the two or three businesses that actually showed up, you want to be one of them.

Word of mouth still works, but it travels through Google now. Someone gets your name from a neighbour, searches it, and decides in a few seconds whether you look like the real thing. When someone searches “dentist near me accepting new patients”, a handful of your competitors appear, that list is exactly where this puts you.

05 · What it’s worth

A single new patient is worth well over £1,000 across their years with you. A site that books one implant case, £2,000 to £3,000, has paid for itself and then some.

Compare that to a directory. A shared lead from a Checkatrade-style site costs £30–£80 and gets quoted against two of your rivals, and you rent that relationship forever. Enquiries through your own website are exclusively yours, and once it is built it keeps working whether you pay for leads or not.

06 · How it works

Four steps, no mystery.

  1. 01

    We talk

A short call or a few messages. You tell me what you do and where you work.

  2. 02

    Fixed quote

I tell you the price and what it includes. No hourly surprises, no scope creep.

  3. 03

    Built while you watch

You see it come together on a private link and say what to change.

  4. 04

    Live and looked after

It goes live, and I keep it running so you can get back to the job.

07 · Questions

The things dentists usually ask.

Can patients book an appointment online through the site?

Yes, and for a practice it's the single most valuable feature. I connect the site to your booking system so a patient can pick a time at 9pm and it lands in your diary without anyone lifting the phone. If your practice management software doesn't do online booking, I set up a simple request form that reaches the front desk instantly. That after-hours browser is often your best new patient.

New patients are nervous. How does the site build trust before they visit?

By putting the reassuring things where people actually look. Your GDC-registered clinicians, your CQC rating, real patient reviews, clear photos of the practice and the team, and plain answers to the questions anxious patients have. People choose a dentist on how safe they feel, and the website is where that feeling starts.

Will it help me promote private treatments like implants and Invisalign?

That's where the return is. Cosmetic and private work is high-value and people search for it by name, 'dental implants cost', 'Invisalign near me'. I build a proper page for each treatment you offer, written to answer what patients want to know and to show up when they search. On the Growth plan I add and refine these pages over time, which is what steadily brings in the higher-value cases.

Why does a practice suit a higher tier than a plumber or a cafe?

Because there's more to build and more at stake. A practice site needs treatment pages, online booking, team and compliance information, and it has to look the part against clinics that have spent thousands. Agencies quote this sector £3,000 to £8,000. My Pro tier gives you the same standard of work for a fixed, honest price, you're not paying agency overheads, you're paying one engineer who builds the whole thing.

Are you across the compliance side, GDC and CQC?

I build the site so your GDC registration details and CQC rating are clearly presented and easy to find, which is what patients and regulators expect. I'm not a compliance consultant and I won't advise on clinical governance, but I make sure the required information is visible and correct, and I keep it current on your care plan when anything changes.

How quickly can it be live, and who handles the domain and email?

A practice site takes a little longer than a simple trade site because there's more to it, usually two to three weeks depending on treatment pages and booking setup. I handle the domain, email and hosting for you on any care plan, so nobody at the practice has to deal with the technical side. You own the domain in the practice's name; I just look after the wiring.

We want to update fees or add a treatment later. How does that work?

On the Growth plan you email me the change and it's live within a day or two, new fee guide, a new treatment page, an updated photo of the team. No logging in, no wrestling with a website builder. For a busy practice, having someone just handle it is usually worth more than the plan costs.
