Websites for Bathroom Fitters

Customers compare bathroom fitters for weeks. Give them a reason to pick you.

A full refit is a big spend, so people look at several fitters before they call anyone. A site full of your finished bathrooms is what gets you on that shortlist and keeps you there.

Or spread it: £59/month, £0 upfront. Pay monthly.

01 · Sound familiar?

The bits that cost you jobs.

  • Customers spend weeks comparing fitters online, and with no site you're never even in the running.
  • Directory leads are sold to two or three fitters at once, so you're pricing against rivals before you've said hello.
  • Your best before-and-after photos are sitting in your phone or on Facebook where no new customer will find them.
  • Wetrooms and accessible bathrooms are growing work, but nobody knows you do them because there's nowhere that says so.
  • A full refit is a £5,000-plus decision, and word of mouth alone doesn't reach enough people to keep the diary full.
02 · Why it matters

Nearly all of your customers look you up online before they call. When they search, they are choosing between the two or three businesses that actually showed up, you want to be one of them.

Word of mouth still works, but it travels through Google now. Someone gets your name from a neighbour, searches it, and decides in a few seconds whether you look like the real thing. When someone searches “bathroom fitters near me”, a handful of your competitors appear, that list is exactly where this puts you.

05 · What it’s worth

A full bathroom refit is commonly a £4,000 to £10,000-plus job. Win one refit through your own site and it has paid for itself many times over.

Compare that to a directory. A shared lead from a Checkatrade-style directory costs £30–£80 and gets quoted against two of your rivals, and you rent that relationship forever. Enquiries through your own website are exclusively yours, and once it is built it keeps working whether you pay for leads or not.

06 · How it works

Four steps, no mystery.

    We talk

A short call or a few messages. You tell me what you do and where you work.

  2. 02

    Fixed quote

I tell you the price and what it includes. No hourly surprises, no scope creep.

  3. 03

    Built while you watch

You see it come together on a private link and say what to change.

  4. 04

    Live and looked after

It goes live, and I keep it running so you can get back to the job.

07 · Questions

The things bathroom usually ask.

I get most of my work from word of mouth. Why bother with a website?

Word of mouth is the best lead you'll ever get, but it doesn't scale and it dries up in quiet patches. And even a recommended customer will Google you before calling. If they find nothing, or find a rival with a gallery of lovely bathrooms, the recommendation leaks away. The site is there to catch the people word of mouth alone can't reach, and to back up the ones it does.

Customers seem to take ages to decide. Does a website actually help with that?

It helps precisely because they take ages. A bathroom refit is a big spend, so people compare several fitters over weeks before contacting anyone. During that time your site is doing the selling for you, your finished bathrooms, your tiling detail, your reviews, all sitting there being compared against everyone else's. The fitters with nothing to look at get quietly crossed off the list.

How does the gallery work?

It's the heart of the site. You send me before-and-after shots of your finished jobs and I lay them out so a customer can see the transformation, plus close-ups of the tiling and finishing, because that detail is what a careful customer zooms in on. Full refits, wetrooms, accessible bathrooms, each gets its own section so people find the work they're planning.

Can I promote wetrooms and accessible bathrooms specifically?

Yes, and you should. Wetrooms and accessible bathrooms are growing markets, and the customers searching for them are often ready to spend. Each gets its own page targeting those searches, so when someone types 'wetroom installers near me' you're the specialist who shows up, not just another general fitter.

I'm already paying Checkatrade. Isn't that enough?

A directory lead is shared, the same enquiry goes to two or three fitters, and you pay whether you win it or not. On jobs worth £5,000 or more, that's an expensive way to compete on price. Enquiries through your own site come to you alone, from people who've already seen your work and half decided. Most fitters I work with keep the directory going for a while, then let it lapse once the site is bringing in enough direct.

How quickly can it be live, and who deals with the technical bits?

A Starter site is live in about a week from when you send your photos and details, the photos are usually the slow part. And I deal with all of it, domain, email, hosting, updates. On a care plan you WhatsApp me a change and it's live within 48 hours. You never log into anything.
