A site that looks as capable as you are
A lot of accountancy websites look like a printed document from years ago. Yours should signal the same competence and care you give your clients' books.
Or spread it: £59/month, £0 upfront. Pay monthly.
The bits that cost you jobs.
- My website looks dated and doesn't reflect how professional the practice is
- Clients stay for years and are worth a lot, so a cheap-looking site undersells me
- My qualifications and body memberships are what earn trust, and they're not obvious
- People don't understand my services because they're written in accountancy language
- I get referrals but nothing online that turns a search into an enquiry
Nearly all of your customers look you up online before they call. When they search, they are choosing between the two or three businesses that actually showed up, you want to be one of them.
Word of mouth still works, but it travels through Google now. Someone gets your name from a neighbour, searches it, and decides in a few seconds whether you look like the real thing. When someone searches “accountant near me”, a handful of your competitors appear, that list is exactly where this puts you.
Fixed prices, and you own it.
Pick a build tier below. The price is agreed before I start, and the site and domain are yours outright.

A single new client is a multi-year relationship worth thousands, so the site pays for itself many times over from one enquiry.
Compare that to a directory. A shared lead from a Checkatrade-style site costs £30–£80 and gets quoted against two of your rivals, and you rent that relationship forever. Enquiries through your own website are exclusively yours, and once it is built it keeps working whether you pay for leads or not.
Four steps, no mystery.

Live and looked after
It goes live, and I keep it running so you can get back to the job.
The things accountants usually ask.
How long until my new site is live?
For most practices, one to two weeks. If you want detailed service pages and a client enquiry form set up carefully, allow a little longer. I'll agree a firm date with you before starting so there are no surprises.
Will the site help people find me on Google?
Yes. I build clear pages around the services you offer and the clients you want, like self assessment help or small business accounts, and I set your area out plainly. I also sort your Google Business Profile so you appear when someone searches for an accountant nearby, which is often how a first enquiry starts.
My current site looks dated. Why does that matter so much?
Because you're asking clients to trust you with their finances, and first impressions do a lot of that work. A tidy, current, professional site signals the same care you'd give their books. When clients stay with a practice for years, looking credible from the first click is well worth the investment.
Can you explain my services without the jargon?
That's a big part of the value. A lot of business owners don't know the difference between the services they need, so I write your pages in plain English that explains what you do and who it's for. It means the people enquiring already understand roughly what they're asking for.
How do I show my qualifications and memberships?
Clearly and near the top, because they're central to trust in your profession. Whether you're a member of the ICAEW, ACCA, AAT or ICB, I display it where prospective clients can see it straight away, alongside how long you've been established.
Who looks after my domain name and email?
I do, as part of the build. If you have a domain I'll move it across cleanly. If not, I'll register one and set up a professional email address on it. You own both, so the practice is never dependent on me to keep running.
Can I keep the site updated myself?
Yes, I'll show you how to make simple changes at handover. Many practices prefer a care plan, where they send updates to me and I handle them the same day, so nothing on the site drifts out of date while you're busy with clients. There's no charge per edit.
